We are sheltered under the pines in Callander Bay, facing the western horizon, on beautiful Lake Nipissing, Ontario – renowned for its spectacular sunsets as well as its fishing! Stay in one of our clean, spacious, modern 1, 2, or 3 bedroom housekeeping cottages. Cottages are fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchens, digital cable TV/DVD, Wi-Fi, picnic table, BBQ with propane, fire bowl and private deck. The marina features a 2500 sq. ft deck right on the lake, complete with lounge chairs, picnic tables with umbrellas, BBQ & covered gazebo. Venture out for a day of fishing or leisure boating in one of our reliable 16ft Legend boats with 25hp 4-stroke motors (available additional trolling motor), swivel chairs and colour fish finders. You’ll also appreciate our excellent docking facilities and private launch ramp into deep water for private boats. Relax on our long white sandy beach; enjoy great swimming, as well as water trampoline, kayak, pedal boat, canoes and more. Amenities also include a kids’ play park, ping pong, basketball net, and beach-volleyball. For the many fish you’ll catch, we have wonderful fish cleaning facilities with running water, as well as freezer service to hold the fish. AND we promise to believe ALL stories about “the one that got away”! We are easy to find, located just off Hwy 11, a 3 ½ hour drive north of Toronto. Get the full fishing experience! Our ice fishing season lasts from January 1 to March 15 and includes heated Ice Bungalows and bait (1 dozen per person).
Our collection of Ice Bungalows come in a range of sizes and may hold two to six people. A daily ice hut that may be booked from 8 am to 5 pm is additionally available.
The Ice Bungalows contain bathrooms and a kitchen where meals can be cooked. The Ice Bungalows have comfortable wood stoves and propane direct vent furnaces for guests who like the feel of a wood fire! In the winter, Lake Nipissing offers additional facilities like taxi services, guided trips by snobears, and towing for ice huts.

West Arm Lake Nipissing
Situated on 387.5 acres of prime forest land covering 3 1/2 miles of breathtaking shore line at the extreme western end of West Bay on Lake Nipissing, Ontario. You will find a log cabin camp called Memquisit Lodge. The location is ideal for fishing or boating as West Bay is protected from the more boisterous waters of Lake Nipissing which makes it safe for smaller boats and canoes. These waters extend inland to what is known as the West Arm of Lake Nipissing; filled with large and small, wooded, rocky islands with a shore line thickly weeded bays for thirty miles. The clear, clean unpolluted water of Lake Nipissing is noted for small mouth bass, large mouth bass, pickerel (walleye), great northern pike, muskellunge and other game fish. At the lodge you will find 17 cabins (cottages), ranging from one single bedroom to one five bedrooms.
Located on the beautiful Northwest Bay of Lake Nipissing, Panorama Camp has fully equipped 2 and 3 bedroom HK cottages along with 52 camp sites. Each cottage has a three or four piece bath, electric heat, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and gas BBQ. We provide all bed linens, blankets and all kitchen and eating utensils. The campsites are large and shaded. 35 have 3-way hook-ups and 17 have 2-way. We have a natural sandy beach, boat/motor rental, ramp/dockage, great fishing for walleye, pike, musky, bass, perch and fall hunting for waterfowl, moose and deer .
